Arman Avedian

President

Hi. My name is Arman Avedian. I am a third year economics major minoring in physics at Cal Poly and this year’s CPE president. I am passionate about the future of AI, sustainable energy, and humanity beyond Earth, to name a few. It is an exciting time to be alive, with entrepreneurs leading the change towards a better future. I hope to make CPE the place to be for any entrepreneurially-minded student to get the resources they need to move to the next step in their entrepreneurship journey.

Aloha everyone, I’m the resident Hawaii foodie (cooking and eating!) on the CPE board! I’m a fourth-year Software Engineering major and Entrepreneurship Minor at Cal Poly. Currently, I’m working on curating the world’s knowledge, starting with a skillset focused on software, business, and design. As Director of Community Engagement, I plan to give CPE a presence outside of our club and campus. Whether working with alumni, startups, or other colleges, everyone will know how awesome the things we do are. I’m always down to chat and network, don’t be shy!

Jordan Overmyer

Hi! I’m Jordan Overmyer and I’m a fourth-year Communication Studies Major, with an Entrepreneurship minor from Marin County, California. At Cal Poly, I’m a member of the CLA Student Committee to the Dean and work as an undergrad research assistant. The past three summers, I’ve interned for a rapidly growing SaaS software start-up company and developed skills in revenue operations, sales, and demand generation marketing.

Lane Altbaum

My name is Lane Altbaum. I’m a third-year Business Administration student concentrating in Entrepreneurship and working towards a sales minor. I’m involved with a payment splitting app called RiftPay, and I tutor on the side to pay my living expenses. When I’m not working, I’m either on my mountain bike or surfboard, outdoors with my camera, in the gym, or hanging with friends.

Hi! My name is Soumya Adusumilli and I am a second-year Business Administration major intending to concentrate in Financial Management. I love to write and learn about new cultures! Hey! I’m Rajas, I'm a fourth year business major with a finance concentration. I love going to the beach, cooking new foods, and swimming. I also like to longboard but have been extra cautious ever since my last accident. The main thing I love about CPE is how everyone has different goals, interests, skills, passions, but the one thing everyone has in common is that entrepreneurial vision, it’s a shared trait amongst all of us.
